School Links Agreement - Martineau have developed a draft agreement for use in documenting school links and work-related provision by colleges for school pupils. The draft can be used as a framework for the many variants of college - school partnerships. It is a short, bullet-point document, written in plain English. The draft is available to colleges for £293.75 (VAT inclusive). Further advice can also be provided on request.

University Starter Pack - our University Starter Pack on CD-Rom is designed to provide almost all of the documentation one of your spin-outs might need to take it through to its first major investment round. The main focus of the pack is to preserve and protect the company’s IPR, but the documents are drafted to be fair between the founders and the University itself, to make them easily acceptable by both sides with a minimum of negotiation. Our packs are available for a fixed fee, or on a licensed “per use” basis.

Industrial Liaison Pack - the Technology Transfer Team followed up the success of the Starter Pack with a University Industrial Liaison Pack, also on CD-Rom and designed to provide almost all the documentation your technology transfer office might need in its dealing with industrial partners and other institutions, recognising the need to tread a careful path between the often conflicting demands.
